Ralph Butcher is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Certified Imago Relationship Therapist, Imago Workshop Presenter, and a Clinical Consultant to therapists. Ralph’s specialty is helping couples understand their unique relationship blueprint by guiding them through their confusing maze of conflict. His unique approach helps couples restore their connection which increases their intimacy. Ralph is passionate about presenting couples seminars where he brings his humor, knowledge, and 10 years of stage acting to these live events.

Taedra Kogan is the Director of Operations at One Journey Two Hearts and is an experienced relationship facilitator with years of work in personal development, recovery, and couples communication. She brings warmth, clarity, and practical insight to the process of helping partners reconnect and rebuild trust. Through her deep understanding of Imago principles and lived experience guiding couples through conflict, Taedra supports clients in creating relationships grounded in empathy, honesty, and growth. Her approach blends real-world wisdom with accessible tools that help couples transform everyday struggles into opportunities for deeper connection.
