We’ll process your sadness and immediately deploy strategies to move you out of depression and back into joy.
I’ll teach you how to regulate your nervous system to reduce anxiety. Keeping your internal Anxiety Bucket levels low is important for two reasons. First, you’ll feel better. Second, you’ll have the space in your bucket to help regulate the energy of those you love when they’re feeling anxious.
II’ll help you process your grief as you say good-bye to your loss. Doing this work helps free your energy, helps you return balance to your life, and helps you choose happiness.
