2. Eligibility
Our seminars and services are intended for couples aged 18 years and older. By agreeing to participate, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Bookings and Payments
All seminar bookings are subject to availability and must be made through the website or authorized channels.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations by Participant:
If you need to cancel, you may qualify for a refund based on the following terms:
If you cancel four (4) days or more prior to the seminar, you will receive a refund less a $20 administration fee. You may transfer once for a $20 charge.
If you cancel three (3) days or less prior to the seminar, you will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
Your registration is nonrefundable if you do not attend or do not complete the seminar.
Cancellations by Organizer:
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone seminars due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you will be offered a full refund or an opportunity to attend a rescheduled session. The presenter is not responsible for prepaid, non-refundable travel arrangements.
5. Code of Conduct
To create a supportive and respectful environment, participants are expected to:
Treat all attendees, facilitators, and staff with respect.
Refrain from disruptive behavior.
Maintain confidentiality regarding personal stories shared during the seminars.
We reserve the right to remove participants who fail to adhere to these standards, with no refund provided in such cases.
6. Limitation of Liability
One Journey Two Hearts and its team will not be held responsible for:
Any personal injuries, emotional distress, or damages incurred during or resulting from participation in our seminars.
Lost or stolen items during attendance at in-person events.
Our seminars are designed to facilitate open communication and self-improvement, but outcomes may vary. We do not guarantee specific results.
