Frequently Asked Questions

  • The seminar costs $450 per couple. Depending on the venue, there may also be an additional parking fee.

  • Absolutely! Whether you’re newly together or have been married for decades, these seminars are designed to help all couples grow and connect on a deeper level.

  • My 3-hour seminars are my favorite format because they produce faster, more impactful results and are much more cost-effective than the couples therapy I offer. After nearly three decades of providing services—including weekly therapy, intensives, workshops, and seminars—I’ve found that a single seminar can achieve the equivalent of about four months of weekly couples therapy with me. This makes my seminars an exceptionally efficient and economical choice.

If you’re already working with a therapist, I encourage you to continue. My seminars are designed to complement your existing therapy and accelerate your progress, providing a meaningful boost to your relationship growth.

  • Our seminar series is structured to offer a balanced mix of progression and flexibility. The first three seminars are foundational and must be completed in order to build a solid understanding of core concepts.

After that, you can choose from Seminars 4-6, which focus on advanced topics. These are self-contained and can be taken in any order, letting you explore areas that interest you most. This format gives you time to practice between sessions and come back with deeper insights, making your learning both effective and enjoyable.

  • Yes please! Our seminars are inclusive and designed to support all couples, regardless of gender or orientation.

  • These seminars will not be suitable for you at this time if you or your partner are experiencing any of the following situations: the recent discovery of an ongoing affair, a mental health issue, or an active addiction that isn’t being treated, or if your relationship involves emotional, physical, or violent abuse.

It’s important to seek the appropriate support first. For affairs, addictions, or mental health concerns, prioritize getting the help you need. Once those issues are being addressed, the seminar can serve as a powerful tool for repair and reconnection.

If you are in an abusive or violent relationship, your safety is the top priority. Reach out to the National Domestic Violence Hotline for guidance on safety planning and finding support. You can call them at (800) 799-7233, or text BEGIN to 88788. Help is available.

    How We Work

This is an Educational and Experiential Seminar, conducted in a group setting for guidance and shared learning. Here’s how we ensure a comfortable experience for all participants:

    • While we may direct questions to the group, you’re free to share only if you feel comfortable.

    • Occasionally, we request volunteers to help demonstrate certain skills—don’t worry, someone always raises their hand!

    • All sharing and discussions happen privately with your partner for a safe, confidential, and comfortable experience.

This seminar is not group therapy. Instead, it offers practical tools and interactive learning experiences that you can use to nurture and strengthen your relationship. Whether you're here to rekindle love or refine your skills, we’re here to help you foster a deeper, healthier connection with your partner.

  • During this seminar, you’ll uncover your unique blueprint for love and happiness, hidden deep within your unconscious mind. Understanding this essential part of yourself is key, as without it, you may unintentionally engage in behaviors that make it difficult to feel truly connected with your partner. This can often leave couples feeling anxious or disheartened, wondering if they chose the wrong person.

We’ll cover topics like effective communication, resolving conflicts, building trust, and creating a deeper emotional bond. The seminar is designed to equip you with practical tools to strengthen your relationship. By embracing your personal blueprint, you’ll foster growth, healing, and a sense of joy and playfulness in your connection with your partner.

  • Each seminar lasts 3 hours. The schedule may vary depending on the location, so we recommend checking the event details.

  • Yes! Seminars are limited to the size of room at each venue. We recommend registering early to secure your spot.

  • There will be two-10 minute breaks. Meals will not be provided. You are welcome to bring a snack, your water bottle or coffee. Also, there’s a coffee shop and bagel shop in the lobby. Starbucks is right across the street.

  • Yes! bring all documents you will receive in the email after you register. For Seminar 1 (Your Blueprint) you’ll be required to complete the exercise titled “Constructing Your Imago,” because you will be reading the “Information Synthesis” pages to your partner during the session.

Otherwise, bring yourselves, an open mind, and a notebook if you’d like to take notes!

  • Not at all! You’re never required to share anything with the larger group. These seminars are geared toward interactions and discoveries with your partner.

  • The seminars are a good mixture of “mini” lectures, and funny movie clips. You’ll participate in exercises with your partner that help apply what you’re learning to your own relationship.

  • This is a common question, and the answer lies in two key factors. First, success depends on the expertise of the therapist or presenter, and I take full responsibility for bringing the skills, experience, and tools needed to guide you effectively. Second, it depends on your willingness as a couple to practice the tools and techniques introduced in the seminar and integrate them into your daily life. Real progress comes from this commitment to consistent effort.

During the seminar, I’ll equip you with evidence-based strategies you can start applying right away. My goal is not to create a dependency on me as a therapist, but to empower you. Your relationship itself becomes the therapy. Right now, that information might feel out of reach, but I’m here to help you uncover your unique blueprint for growth and healing. With this foundation, you’ll be able to build deeper love, stronger connections, and lasting happiness together.

  • Well, we will miss you for sure, and that is not a problem at all. We only ask that you attend the first 3 seminars in order. They are built to connect all the pieces in a logical order to create a solid foundation to the more advanced work in the future if you so choose.

All the rest of the seminars can be taken one-off and in any order.
