Welcome to Seminar 3
Congratulations!
It’s time to Reframe the Meaning of Conflict!
“Conflict is Growth trying to Happen!”
At some point in their relationship, couples often find themselves struggling with feelings of frustration, sadness, or detachment. Whether you’re newlyweds wondering how your whirlwind romance turned into frequent arguments, or you’ve been together for years and feel a growing distance, these challenges are a natural part of love and commitment. The good news is that conflict doesn’t have to separate you—it can actually bring you closer.
What You’ll Learn in This Seminar
-
Conflict isn’t a sign that something is broken; it’s an opportunity. Imago Therapy views conflict as a pathway to growth, helping couples uncover unmet needs and unresolved past traumas to deepen understanding and connection.
-
Our early experiences shape the way we seek love and handle relationships. Imago Therapy explains how we unconsciously choose partners who mirror elements of our caregivers, offering a chance to heal childhood wounds through our adult relationships.
-
Romantic love is often driven by passion and idealized views, while real love requires acceptance and effort. Imago Therapy teaches you how to transition from infatuation to a deeper, more meaningful connection.
-
Miscommunication often fuels conflict. Imago Therapy provides structured tools, like active listening and validation, to help partners express their feelings and needs in ways that promote healing and reduce misunderstanding.
-
Behind every frustration is a hidden desire. The good news is that conflict doesn’t have to separate you—it can actually bring you closer.
Discovering the origins of frustration can be a transformative process, paving the way for growth and healing. Our newly created dialogue is designed to guide you through this journey step by step. By reflecting on your emotions and identifying the underlying causes of disconnection, you can uncover valuable insights into your personal and relational challenges. The dialogue also offers practical steps to address these issues, fostering a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships. Through this process, you will discover your blueprint for growth and healing, moving you toward resolution and connection.
-
The power struggle phase is common but challenging. Imago Therapy helps couples move beyond blame and control dynamics by encouraging mutual growth and understanding, creating a relationship built on shared awareness and fulfillment.
Leave this seminar understanding that conflict in relationships, is not the end—it’s a beginning. It’s an opportunity to heal, to grow, and to discover the profound potential of love.
Whether you’re in a season of struggle or simply seeking deeper fulfillment, there is hope.
Together, we can turn conflict into the building blocks of a more meaningful and vibrant relationship!
