You are about to Free Yourself
from your Protective Cage

Flyer for a seminar titled "Your Protective Cage," featuring a birdcage illustration at the top and describing childhood defenses and their impact on adult relationships.
A couple sitting on a beige armchair, facing each other, smiling, with a woman in a beige sweater and a man in a brown sweater. The woman has her arms around the man's neck, and the man has his arms around her waist. They are smiling at each other. A child's socked foot is visible on the armrest, and a small side table with a vase is nearby. A yellow line is drawn around the couple forming a heart shape. There is a small black round logo in the bottom right corner that says 'One Journey Two Hearts'.

"Your protective cage once kept you
safe, but
now hinders
your self-connection and intimacy!"

Explore how to move beyond the barriers that inhibit your growth and connection. Through this process, you will not only deepen your intimacy as a couple but also reconnect with your authentic self, unlocking your full potential and aliveness..

What You’ll Learn in This Seminar

A man lifting a woman in his arms, both smiling and touching foreheads in a joyful embrace.
  • Understand the origins and purpose of your childhood defenses and how they continue to impact your adult relationships.

  • Discover techniques to rewire your brain and move past reactive patterns that keep you stuck.

  • Uncover and integrate the suppressed elements of your identity to achieve personal wholeness and emotional maturity.

  • Learn relational tools that promote intimacy, empathy, and a stronger bond with your partner.

By addressing the defenses that no longer serve you, you are not only strengthening your bond with your partner but also becoming the person you were always meant to be.

This seminar will empower you to move forward with courage and hope, fully embracing your potential and the deep connection that awaits you both.

We’re looking forward you seeing you soon!

What Couples are Saying

"I loved the metaphor about living in the cage- I was safe inside the cage, but wasn’t free to live my life fully. The door is open now!" -TE

“It took me a minute to embrace the concept. It feels dangerous outside in the world without the protective cage. Ralph normalized that feeling with the group and said the defenses were necessary to survive the early years. And everyone can shed the defenses at their own, comfortable pace.” -CS

"After I completed this seminar I wondered why it had taken so long to let go of my childhood defenses. No wonder my protective child behaviors didn’t work in my adult relationship. Of course they didn’t work!" -BG
